The Twin Falls School District #411 Board of Trustees is pleased to announce Ryan Bowman will be taking over as the Director of Operations in July. They made this announcement Wednesday, May 17 at a special meeting they called to approve several new hires.
The Director of Operations is tasked with management and maintenance of all buildings and campuses, security, transportation, educational technology, and food service.
Bowman currently works as the principal of Buhl High School and will complete his fourth year in that role this spring. Bowman started his career in education in 2000 in Buhl where he taught high school government and history. Bowman has also worked as the principal of Raft River Junior/Senior High School and principal of Jerome High School. Bowman has both a teaching degree and administrative degree from Idaho State University. Bowman also recently received an Educational Specialist from Boise State University.
“I’m just excited for a new adventure and to be able to work in a great school district like Twin Falls,” Bowman said Monday, May 15. Being able to work at the district level is something I’ve wanted to do for some time now, and it will be a new adventure to work with new people and get to know the community of Twin Falls,”
Bowman will take over for current TFSD Director of Operations Dr. Brady Dickinson who is taking the superintendent position with the district starting in July.
