Tonight is our Perrine Family Clubs and Pre-K Readiness Night from 6:00–7:00 PM! 🕕

We can’t wait for a fun evening featuring speed stacking, free giveaways, and our usual lineup — Arts & Crafts Club, Cooking Club, Chess Club, and Pre-K activities! 🎨♟️🍳

⚠️ Important: Students must attend with an adult. In the past, we allowed older siblings to come as a “parent,” but that will not be allowed tonight. Students arriving without an adult will be turned away.

We’re looking forward to an amazing night of learning and fun with our Perrine families! 💜🐾

🏃‍♀️📏 Our 4th graders took their learning on the move today! They explored Walking Math Trails, using measurement skills first inside the classroom and then outside to apply their learning in real-world ways. Our 3rd graders are building strong reading skills with paragraph shrinking! 📚✨ This strategy helps students identify the most important information in a text and write a clear summary. Working with partners keeps everyone engaged as they read, discuss, and write together! 🤝✍️

Our 4th grade students made learning multiplication hands-on with array paper chains! 🎉 We started with one equation (like 4×3) and discovered how to build on it—4×4, 4×5, 4×6—just by adding to the same array. A fun and colorful way to see math patterns in action! ✨🔗✖️

These Panthers were celebrated with a certificate, a photo on our Principal’s Pride wall, and a special lunch with Ms. Snyder. We are so proud of the way they set a positive example for others!

Ms. Newlin's 2nd-grade class learned about the use of materials during a Mystery Science lesson last week. Students made hats to protect themselves from the sun!

Ms. Waugh’s 4th-grade class created an OUR FIRST PARAGRAPH Class quilt. Students learned how to construct a paragraph, identifying a topic sentence, supporting details, and a conclusion. Students then made edits and typed a final draft. Students even illustrated their writing.
